Job responsibilities

  • To manage, goal and create strategy supervise Human Resource Team to achieve the company to improve internal process to be complied with Business
  • To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • To manage and check time attendance, leave and other data for payroll process including the report
  • To manage the recruitment and selection process
  • To provide employee with orientation and updated guidelines
  • To assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • To manage and conduct for evaluation system
  • To maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • To manage visa & work permit for expat employees

Education : Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field

Experience (Years) : minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resource 

Other : 

  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Familiar with Knowledge in Thai Labor Law
  • Strong computer skill (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organization, problem solving and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Act with a sense of urgency and achieve results quickly
